Saw 4 employees standing around up front talking. I know at least 2 of them saw me standing and waiting. Neither bothered to come over. I finally had to go up and ask an employee if someone was on the registers and then she yelled another employee's name to get on the register. No apology or acknowledging me at all. This is the second time in a row I have had bad customer service at this location. The time before this I was waiting in a long line for about 10 mins, before I got annoyed and left. They only had one person on register, while again, a group was standing around doing nothing. Seems like management and staff need to learn some tips on customer service.
