  So grateful for Nay and her team! I walked in with 2 items that had tags and were brand new but were the wrong sizes and were past the 30 day policy and we were able to find and exchange them for the same items. I had major surgery and completely forgot about my returns. The store is tiny but extremely well kept and everyone is so helpful! Thank you Nay for the amazing costumer service and kindness!

  Shockingly unprofessional service. Staff at this location gave false information and manipulated the POS system to block my valid online return. One employee canceled my online refund on the screen and replaced it with a cheaper price. Manager ignored everything and stood chatting with staff during Black Friday weekend. Returned the same order the next day at another store with zero issues — proving this was intentional. Corporate complaint filed.

  I went inside today to get do a return and refund. The manager was really rude and unprofessional. She asked for the barcode for the return, but I told her I only have the member ID and order number . Which was what I always used for returns at Lululemon. I asked the customer service online after I came home, even they said it was weird for her not to accept the member ID. I was really mad and ended up leaving without doing the return. This has nothing to do with Lululemon, but the manager’s behavior was unacceptable.
