Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I walked in with 2 items that had tags and were brand new but were the wrong sizes and were past the 30 day policy and we were able to find and exchange them for the same items. I had major surgery and completely forgot about my returns. The store is tiny but extremely well kept and everyone is so helpful! Thank you Nay for the amazing costumer service and kindness!

One employee canceled my online refund on the screen and replaced it with a cheaper price. Manager ignored everything and stood chatting with staff during Black Friday weekend. Returned the same order the next day at another store with zero issues — proving this was intentional. Corporate complaint filed.
