He did not make me feel like he was hovering over me which was good but was close enough to help when I needed it. He was able to make sure I found everything I needed with no issue, he even gave me his opinion on some of the items which I really appreciated. Then he wrapped my clothes in a nice well kept way and took his time. Excellent work John, look forward to coming back again.

However, I sometimes and made uncomfortable by the staff, who don't give much breathing room as I look around the store and pressure their customers into compulsive buys. There's no question that they are helpful in finding the right size for what I want, but sometimes you want to just browse and be left alone.
