  I recently visited this Ralph Lauren store and was absolutely appalled by the service. The three sales associates we encountered were unwelcoming and rude. One, in particular, followed us throughout the store in a way that felt intrusive and distrustful, as though we were being monitored rather than assisted. It was impossible to browse as we were uncomfortable and unwelcome. We went in to buy Christmas gifts and left with nothing. As a lifelong, loyal customer, this experience left me questioning the values of a brand I once respected and has made it clear that I will not be returning.
