  I walked into this shop today, just hoping to browse, but I left with something I absolutely love, and honestly, that’s thanks to the two girls working that day. From the moment I stepped in, they were so warm and welcoming. Not pushy at all, just genuinely friendly and so easy to talk to. I didn’t feel like just another customer; they took the time to ask what I was looking for, showed me different pieces that suited my style, and even helped me try on a few things until I found the perfect piece. They had such great energy- fun, charismatic, and clearly passionate about what they do. You could tell they actually cared that I left happy, not just with a sale. It felt more like shopping with stylish, honest friends than a typical retail experience. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I recently purchased a necklace from Gorjana, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The piece is absolutely stunning—elegant, beautifully crafted, and exactly what I was looking for. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service.

  I’m not one to write reviews but I felt the need for this to be known. Over the weekend my husband and I went shopping for Mother’s Day. When we walked in one sales girl looked me up and down, instantly making me feel uncomfortable/judged, while one other followed us around constantly asking (basically yelling) if we needed help after I said we were just looking several times. I understand that this is their job but from someone who has worked in retail for 10+ years you need to read the room/the customer and know when to stop. The one rude sales girl who looked me up and down was talking to her coworker and I couldn’t help but overhear their conversation. They were talking about another employee basically bashing her making mean comments about her appearance, weight, and how she dresses. I was truly appalled that 1. They would say such things about a coworker and 2. That they’d be talking like that while customers are in the store. My husband and I decided to leave. It’s unfortunate but I won’t be shopping there ever again after this experience. I will not support a mean girl environment.
