  Matt and Mike where both Patient and thorough. It’s really the people that make the difference. All of the staff are incredibly kind and talented at their craft. The combination of staff expertise and kindness’s along with the over all quality makes shopping here a perfect experience.

  The team in Wilson & Son is helpful, experienced and honest. They made picking out items and purchasing a truly enjoyable experience. Mike, the owner, took time to show me several different models and thoroughly explained differences between each. He took the time (even on a busy Saturday) to ask questions and get to know me and recommended the best piece for my situation. Overall, I would highly recommend Wilson & Son for all your jewelry and watch needs!

  I visited the store in 2024 to join the waitlist for a Rolex. The staff member who assisted me didn’t seem very welcoming and only took my information for the waitlist. I left hoping it was just an off day, but I haven’t received any updates since. I’m not even sure if I was properly added to the waitlist. I had hoped to experience the excellent service I’ve read about in reviews, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. It seems my chances of purchasing my dream watch here are slim.
