I was offering to sell a set of silver coins to this place below spot price because I'm a reasonable person and understand businesses need to make a profit. He kept insisting he wasn't interested in paying a "premium" because I told him $54/Oz - and he didn't understand that I didn't mean $54 per coin. Absolutely clueless. Update: now the owner replies to my review to misrepresent the conversation we had. Excellent. Best of luck to you as well
