    Did a portrait session with friends at the photo studio and had a blast! Reily was wonderful. He shared silly photo poses for us to use and worked with us on our ideas. We appreciated him so much and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

    Tried to contact fine jewelry dept. I know staff is limited, but see no reason for operator to be rude & hang up on me. Does she need more training? Needs to be more respectful to customers,

    I had an awful experience at JCPenney. The manager was completely unprofessional and treated me in a discriminatory way. I tried to return an item that was only 4 days old, unworn, and with the receipt, but she refused to accept it. No customer should ever be treated this way. I will never shop at JCPenney again, and I strongly believe this manager should be held accountable
