  Today Vanessa took care of and she is a delight. She remembers your style and offers her own insight in case youre undecided or offers a better alternative. Ive been coming to this store for many years even before it moved into it’s current location. Everyone largely has all been helpful and friendly and mindful of clientele. Big guys often have more pressure ive found to get their look right because we have lesser options to buy clothes and its a lot easier to try stuff on in a store than roll the dice and order something online. Most of employees ive found here are up to the task of treating us graciously. Unfortunately the same could not be said of Kristen? She handled me last time and it was about the same as the clerk in Kohls who’s forced to cover the big men’s section after someone called in. Its going thru the motions, no real energy or interest. I saw her again this trip. I may have been wrong. I waved hello as i passed her in the store. No wave back,, just a dour look on her face that said mad to be there.No smile, no ask if i was finding everything ok. Well looks like i was right

  Went in yesterday with my family, not specifically looking for anything in particular. The associate that we dealt with at the store was amazing, a plaid jacket was setup on the wall which i thought looked great unfortunately my size was not available in store but she immediately offered to order the item to the store for me, I explained to her that I was not looking to leave empty handed and that i had an event I could have used the outfit for. Actually I lied, my purpose for entering DXL was to use the new body scanning technology they called me about a few weeks prior, curious how accurate it was i inquired about it, and was shown to the fitting room, the scanner instructed me to take everything off besides my underwear and follow various instructions to get the scan as accurately as possible, the instructions were easy, the process was effortless and while itt didn't get all my measurements correct it got the majority of them correct it was off on the pants size by 6 sizes, probably due to the overhang of my belly, maybe it assumed i wore my pants over my stomach (im not that old haha) but once the scan completed, i met with the associate again and she shown me various items in stock in my size, we were able to put together an outfit consisting of a khaki colored jacket, one of the harbor bay shirts in a brick red color and some true nation cargos the outfit was clean, but had nice color tones, my experience here yesterday was great, I wasnt rushed, and i got some clothes i really liked. Thank you to the associate that helped us out as well!

  The sales woman was very helpful, knew I was in a hurry but would also not let me buy the wrong thing. She was great.
