Decided to go to a different location for a hopefully better experience. Amara was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and sweet! She even cleaned the pair of glasses before packaging them, after hearing they were being given as a gift.

I went to tanger one (this store) and asked if they could tighten my glasses and with no hesitation said she said yes.
