Several months ago, I mentioned to him that I was looking for a specific design item that wasn’t in stock at the time. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to remember after so long, but Michael did. When the item finally came in, he actually went through his client list, remembered my request, and contacted me right away to let me know it had arrived. I hadn’t even been in the store for months, which made his effort even more impressive. That level of attention, professionalism, and genuine care for customers is rare today. Michael went above and beyond, and it truly made my day. Ralph Lauren is fortunate to have someone like him representing their brand. People with this level of dedication deserve to succeed in a big way. If Michael ever opens his own business one day, I have no doubt he will do incredibly well. Thank you again, Michael, for such outstanding customer service.

Odogu took his time and assisted us with everything !!from selecting the perfect colors to making sure the sizing was absolutely right. He was patient, attentive, and never once made us feel rushed. His professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to receive that level of thoughtful service, and we are so grateful.
