I went to tanger one (this store) and asked if they could tighten my glasses and with no hesitation said she said yes. The young lady was so kind and helpful a completely different experience than tanger two.

Repaired my glasses for me even clean them. They’re so sweet. This is an amazing store with unparalleled customer service. The sunglasses are amazing and the best part about them is that they have a lanyard that attaches to the arms of the glasses! The sales woman Jennifer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, great customer service. Thanks.
