Joe & Tim patiently walked us through the evaluation process for gold and silver and carefully inspected each ring, necklace, watch, cufflinks and miscellaneous piece. We were pleasantly surprised at the dollar amount we received and felt totally comfortable in the evaluation process. The store has been in business for 16 years and we understand why, top quality people and operation.
