- CCChelsea Clark3 days ago1.0Honestly was one of the most frustrating experiences . They have a new machine that weather protects your shoes and takes mins to Do each time so you have to wait online when a customer is having it done instead of taking the next guest until the others guest shoes are done being cleaned I was one of the only few customers in store and was there for 20 mins on the line !!! Plus the manager saw me waiting when she was at register doing nothing and didn’t even care to help me just told me to stand where the line began after standing in the wrong spot for 6 mins Becasue I didn’t know where it started I was the only one on line behind these other guests ! And customer experience was fake and rude and I’ll never go back and nobody knows the inventory or wth they’re doing !!makes sense why the store is always empty .

- VVVinceDec 24, 20254.0This place is huge, I was not able to find my wife a pair of slippers, everyone that she did like they did, not have her size, but they did tell us we can go online and get the size she needs. The people here are very friendly. And when you ask questions, they are very knowledgeable. So this place is a good place to get boots shoes. Slippers socks and a whole other bunch of stuff, not my cup of tea, but my wife loves it. And if she loves it, I like it dsw good for feet.
