- JMJennifer M3 days ago1.0Very rude employees . There was one particular lady with curly hair she is so rude and disgusting attitude . Asked her for a dress size and she said she couldn’t hear me very rudely while she was standing right in front of me . She gave such a nasty look. She deserves to get fired. Who treats customers like that!

When I went to return it (a few hours after buying it mind you), the sales associate tried to deny my return saying the dress was dirty until I informed her I bought it within the same day and didn't wear it yet. The staff don't really seem to have manners.

After the first time i had an issue i figured maybe the worker just had a bad day, had issues again with the same worker after trying to give the store another shot. clearly these people hate their job and are very bitter. Very unwelcoming environment.

Sales associate Chloe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and she assisted me in finding the perfect outfit for my daughter’s birthday celebration. The cashier was also very pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this store for its quality clothing, reasonable prices, and overall excellent in-store shopping experience.
