  I’d avoid this place like the plague. Absolute worst customer service and no common sense. I went in to return a suit that I purchased together. The first time I went in, they mentioned that they could not accept a return because I did not have the receipt in hand and their systems are not updated/ smart enough to be able to search by credit card that was that it was purchased with. Understandable, I went to the car to grab my receipt. I came back into the store less than five minutes later with my receipt in hand and I was told that one of the suit items scanned, but the second piece would not scan however, in looking at the receipt, you can clearly see both items on the receipt with the same exact pricing of the item and the tag I was told oh it’s not scanning do you have another receipt. This question was an interesting one, especially when I purchased the two items together as they were a suit that came together, so why would I have a separate receipt for that item? The employee then went to get her manager, who also was unable to utilize any common sense they both stood there for a few minutes discussing that the blazer would not scanned but the pants did. The manager got on the phone with someone and was overheard saying, “oh it was purchased in New Jersey so we can’t see the CCTV” why would CCTV be needed? At this point now I feel like I am being discriminated against. Why would CCTV footage be needed for a $28 item that I have the receipt in hand for. When I asked that question she said “it’s their policy” I said it’s your policy to check CCTV?! She replied, “Well no we wanted to check to see if there was an issue on our end… How would CCTV tell you there’s an issue on your end and what does that have to do with me? There is clearly a mistake with their dated systems and instead of providing customer service and using good common sense, she tells me I have to go back to New Jersey store. Mind you I’m in Queens NY. I will be taking this complaint to their corporate offices and demanding a refund for the items I purchased that do not fit properly. Needless to say this was my very first and last time ever shopping at any Primark store.

  I had an okay experience at Primark. The store has a wide variety of trendy clothing at very affordable prices, which is great if you’re shopping on a budget. However, it can get really crowded and a bit messy, making it harder to find what you need. The quality of some items is hit or miss, but for the price, it’s still a decent option. Overall, it’s a good place for cheap fashion, just be prepared for a busy shopping environment.

  If I could give zero, I'd give zero. - My wife went there earlier today 03/18/26 to shop. She was looking for the checkout line. Seeing the "10 items or less" sign, SOUNDS like a speed checkout lane in every other store. When asking one of the workers there, if it was a checkout line. The lady said no, it's a fitting room area. She giggled at my wife n my wife walked away. Okay small teehee n haha. The ISSUE was that another coworker, a bigger lady with curly hair, only a few steps away, burst out into laughter, leading the initial worker to laugh at her. Very vivid, almost cartoonish with a thundering laugh. Trying to get the guy coworker to also laugh at her. We don't know what the guy was whispering to the initial lady that my wife spoke to. However laughing at your customers for a genuine mixup is a no. I will attempt to contact corporate cuz my wife is beside me right now just doom scrolling n crying cuz she was publicly humiliated.
