  Today I was my kids one is under 2 and 5 and I was stopped taken to the back room accused of stealing telling me not to move and keep quiet.. he was tall dark skin about 6ft tall and was extremely rude disrespectful as I’m telling him my kids were left outside having a panic attack he told me not to talk to him about a “ panic attack “ because he came from an abusive house hold to not play those games with him … he didn’t even care knowing my kids witness everything he didn’t even bother to check the receipts . He literally followed me as he told me to exit the store like I had stolen something after keeping me in that back room without a reason. I hope this is taken care of and he gets written up this isn’t the first time something like this happen only because I shop in the store with my stroller and kids ? He assumes I steal? This is so crazy and humiliating. I will SUE

  Terrible customer service. Margarita the hispanic female was terrible, will never return or purchase Primark products ever again.

  The prices are pretty good and the clothes are cute, the experience could be perfect but there was this employee who we were asking for my our 50 cents back which seems a little cheap of us but later he walked off saying "its just 50 cents man" yes yes I get that I seem problematic but it was quite rude of him to treat my mother like that and his tone seemed like he was getting a little mad but I overall love primark!
