- JLjosselin Lopez1 day ago1.0I find it extremely unprofessional that negative customer reviews are deleted. It gives the impression that the company does not care about its customers’ experiences. so AGAIN. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I walked into the store and immediately noticed two employees, Angela and Harmony, not doing their jobs. Instead, they were gossiping and even using inappropriate language in front of customers. The customer service was terrible both were rude, dismissive, and completely inattentive. At one point, a customer was waiting at the register for about two minutes with no help. I even asked her how long she had been standing there. When I approached one of the employees (Angela), she gave me a strange look and didn’t respond at all. Meanwhile, the other employee (Harmony) was behaving inappropriately in front of customers, (shaking her butt) which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.I ended up leaving without making a purchase because the atmosphere was so disrespectful. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I also contacted customer service and received no follow-up, which only adds to the frustration.
