I am a big customer of Lane Bryant and when I went to the Poughkeepsie Galleria store location to return a few items that didn't fit and or I didn't like from online they refused to accept them because the tags were off. One dress had a tag but they said this must be an "on line exclusive" we can't find it so we can't refund you. Hey...that's not a me problem..that's a Lane Bryant problem. And I think it is crazy inconvenient I come up to their store and return items AND buy more clothes they can't work with me. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed as a long term customer.
