  My fireplace was over 18 years old and it had not worked in over 3 years. I also did not know who the manufacturer was, which did not help my cause. All companies that I called would not come out as it was not their brand. Then I was recommended to Fairview Hearthside. After reading many positive reviews I called them. Carolyn their service rep was very friendly and articulate. I shared some pictures of my fireplace with Carolyn and she promptly called me back, letting me know the manufacturer and was able to book me into their schedule within 24 hours of my call. On the day of the service, about an hour before coming, I received a text from Rick, their service repair person. Rick was punctual on his arrival. He even parked his truck in an area of my driveway to not affect my Weeping Willow trees, very considerate. Rick was super courteous and knowledgable. He removed his shoes at the front door and spread out a blanket in front of the fireplace. His diagnostic consisted of testing about 10 parts of the fireplace system from the; pilot and entire ignition assembly to the control board, electric wires, damper and even the wall outlet. And he explained what he was doing each step of the way. He further explained all of the fireplace safety features which I was not aware. Within a hour, Rick was able to identify the problem and fix it without me needing to buy any additional parts, saving me money. After fixing the issue Rick went on the give a thorough cleaning to the entire fireplace, including the underside where all the controls and wires are. He restacked the logs and even added some embers that gave an absolute beautiful look to the burning fireplace. I am truly very happy with the fireplace service work that Rick performed. I appreciate his attention to detail in his system diagnostic, repair, cleaning, and him taking his time to explain to me about my 18+ year old fireplace. I strongly recommend using Fairview Hearthside, a professional and reliable company. Victor

  We had a great experience with Fairview Hearthside. We decided to go with an electric fireplace for a few different reasons and we looked on Amazon where they sell very cheap options Fairview only carries high-quality brands. They definitely cost a little more, but in my opinion, it was worth it. Their customer service was EXCELLENT. They came back no questions asked to address any and all minor details. The owner Paul is SUPER responsive and the technician Andre that did the installation was great. Highly recommend this company.

  We recently worked with the staff at Fairview Heathside and highly recommend them. Every person was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Our fireplace is wonderful.
