I’m so happy with all her help and I really hope whoever is her boss, whether that be a manager or district manager, etc. know how kind and how good of a worker she is. She was also very helpful to her co workers.

- MAMichelle Ahearn-MeinersApr 19, 20251.0I stepped in sewage water barefoot in the back aisle of DSW while shopping, then got it on my hands, and the bathrooms (on the other side of the wall) were closed. I smelled like sewage! I had to slather my hands and feet up with their hand sanitizer, put my shoes on, and go to the mall restrooms to wash my hands. There were no towels there so couldn’t wash my feet, already in my shoes. I had to go somewhere for hours after that and couldn’t go home. After washing my hands over and over again, I went back to get the shoes I left at the counter (by sticking my arm through the loops of their shopping bag). They said there was a wet sign that I didn’t notice. That’s usually for when people mop. I guess I was looking at the shoes (and I have cataracts). I explained that it’s not just water, it’s a public health hazard and kids could easily get into it. I already knew that nobody was going to clean it. I was trying to urge them to block off the whole aisle. They were all oblivious to the fact that anyone can block off a tiny little back aisle with some tape or a few benches. They said they told the manager and that they were frustrated too. Then they told me that a certain person was the manager so I explained it to her. The manager then says that SHE told the manager and walked away. Why didn’t anyone just say ok and do it? I wasn’t complaining, I was trying to protect the next biohazard victim. Is that generation really this helpless? … but they were able to give me a 10% discount that I didn’t ask for 🤦♀️
