- NNNadiaNov 15, 20251.0I went to this location this afternoon to make a return for an online order and I was told I was unable to do so because I had one item out of the thirteen items I had ordered which I had yet to receive. I asked if I was able to cancel that item in order to make the return and they said they were unable to do so. I spoke with the manager whom they would not give me the name of and she was no help at all. I called customer service and spoke with Kayla who was amazing. She told me that the reason I had not received the one item was because it was out of stock, she canceled the item and told me I was now able to make the return which I did. I shouldn’t be bothered to have to contact customer service while in store to resolve a simple return. This is easily within the scope of a manager’s duties, however this manager clearly couldn’t be bothered to help.

He was extremely helpful, very patient, and really took the time to walk me through everything I needed. He explained the products clearly and even suggested additional items that I ended up loving. Even though it meant spending more money for me, I appreciated how much effort he put into making sure I left satisfied. He was professional, kind, and made my shopping experience so much easier. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!!!!!

The store manager, I believe his name is Eric Fernandez, was extremely nice, attentive, and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience overall.

I bought so many new pairs of shorts with their buy one get one 50% off stuff hahaHahahaha. Super fun super silly girls and the manager SAMANTHA helped me out as well at the register.
