  I was at this location on Sunday, I had to make and online even exchange with 2 pairs of jeans and the cashier who helped me was very quick and efficient! 1 of them they had in store with my correct size In stock, and the other pair they didn’t have but she was able to send the correct pair to my house with no problem at all! Even gave me a free reusable bag! I will be shopping here again they know what they are doing :)

  I went to this location this afternoon to make a return for an online order and I was told I was unable to do so because I had one item out of the thirteen items I had ordered which I had yet to receive. I asked if I was able to cancel that item in order to make the return and they said they were unable to do so. I spoke with the manager whom they would not give me the name of and she was no help at all. I called customer service and spoke with Kayla who was amazing. She told me that the reason I had not received the one item was because it was out of stock, she canceled the item and told me I was now able to make the return which I did. I shouldn’t be bothered to have to contact customer service while in store to resolve a simple return. This is easily within the scope of a manager’s duties, however this manager clearly couldn’t be bothered to help.

  Just wanna give a huge shoutout to Jordan , she was amazing! As a male I love wearing mom jeans and she helped me find the best fit and size for me and also helped my boyfriend find the jeans he loves! Jordan your amazing and your customer service 10:10 much appreciated today 12/12 🥹❤️
