- JHJenna HahnJun 10, 20252.0i have used flower barn in the past and i liked them, that’s why i wanted to use them to get my mom flowers for her birthday today. i placed my order around 11:30am and by noon i was told that my house was too far to deliver to. i said that the last time i used them, which was in january that the flowers were delivered with no issues. i was then told that since my house is 24 minutes away one way that i would need to pay an additional $5 on top of the already almost $90 i spent on the basic bouquet. i don’t get paid for another couple of days and because it’s so late in the day not only can i not get anyone else to deliver flowers but i cannot afford to as well. i also cannot afford to take her out to dinner because the money was already taken out of my account.i guess my mom doesn’t get flowers or dinner on her birthday.
