Staff attention appeared to be primarily focused on personal conversation rather than customer service.

When I walked in I looked around for a moment, then a woman by the name of Ms. Lisa asked me if I needed any help. I told her yes I needed to be remeasures for new bras. Ms. Lisa said sure had me walk with her she did the measurements and assisted me with picking out some new bras escorted me to the fitting room. While I was at the fitting room I met another young lady by the name of Ms. Nikisha she was nice enough to assist me with putting it on and off until I got exactly what I have wanted in a bra. I highly recommend these two young ladies if you are ever at this Lane Bryant they both go above and beyond to assist the customer my experience was so wonderful that I purchased it two dresses as well. We'll be coming back again very soon.
