  Edible Arrangements Pearl river has excellent customer service. The fruit arrangement I received was not only beautiful but fresh and sweet.

  I must say this edible arrangement in pearl River was very wonderful, nice and clean! Reema was great! She was very welcoming and accommodating for me! Would definitely order from there again!

  It’s no secret that Edible Arrangements are expensive, and for some reason I didn’t expect for the service to be premium, but this location went ABOVE AND BEYOND fulfilling and delivering my order. I don’t know how to express how much this meant to me and my dad. It’s his 60th birthday, but because of a number of very unfortunate circumstances, he is spending the day alone. Even worse, I was completely unprepared for the day to sneak up so fast and ended up figuring out this Edible Arrangement idea at 1:00AM on the day of. That’s on me, but regardless, Rima (I believe was her name) let me know early in the morning that the 34” number balloons weren’t available. It may sound silly but I was devastated. A 60th birthday only comes around once in a lifetime, and my dad gives his everything to be there to support me always, so I really wanted to make him feel special. Rima said she couldn’t promise but that she would try to get the balloons from another location. If she couldn’t she would have made an amazing value substitution that genuinely made me feel better about the balloons. But somehow, she made it happen, and my dad was touched. Daryl, the delivery driver, also was incredibly kind and helpful. My dad wasn’t home when Daryl first attempted delivery, since it was a surprise and my dad was out for longer than I expected. It’s hot out today, and Daryl made it clear that he did not mind an extra trip and wouldn’t want the arrangement to sit out. He even texted to let me know when it was delivered at the second attempt. My dad loved the freshness of the fruit and massive number balloons. This wouldn’t have been possible without Rima and Daryl, and I’m deeply thankful to have lucked out with such an outstanding Edible Arrangements location. They genuinely saved the day. I couldn’t have asked for anything more if I tried. 🥹

  I had a last minute Arrangment that absolutely had to be delivered the same day and they were more than willing to make a otherwise hectic situation a super smooth transaction. I will most certainly use the pearl river location for all my future needs. They went above and beyond to help me and service like that now a days isn't easy to find. Thanks Again!!!!!
