- RBRobert BlairDec 4, 20251.0Took over 3 hours of talking with " program directors ". Got disconnected twice. Was put on hold for at least 45 minutes of 3 hours on the phone. Spoke to at least 7 different people. None the people I spoke to had basic English speaking proficiencies. Then was told that sometimes they don't send the records to the proper authority figures. Which begs the question....."how many people have been sent to jail because they didn't send the information properly???!!!!!!!

The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
