  I’m new to the neighborhood and stopped in to get a new strap put on my Rolex. What an incredible first impression. Greeted warmly, offered water or coffee, strap was replaced in 5 minutes and at no charge. Consider me a new customer for life. Thank you!!

  I love Kravitz Jewelry store. i have bought earrings for my granddaughters and was so pleased with my purchases and with the salesperson. Recently I had a ring that was my first wedding band and was 35 years old with diamonds set in a gold setting. Liz who worked with me and designed it with me was an absolute gem. I picked up my newly designed ring today with original diamonds that I wanted to keep in new ring for sentimental reasons. It was absolutely stunning. I did find that I got emotional as I put it on. The quality and the beauty of this ring is unbelievable. Everyone who works there are such a pleasure to be with. I will always go to Kravitz in Oceanside for any purchase I will make in the future. Thank you Liz for my beautiful ring.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at Kravit Jewelers I visited Kravit Jewelers in Oceanside during the busy holiday season, when most customers in the store were making major jewelry purchases costing thousands of dollars. My need, by comparison, was very small—I just needed a watchband repaired, a simple $20 transaction. Despite that, the team at Kravit Jewelers treated me as if I were the most important customer in the store. They went above and beyond to help me, showing patience, professionalism, and genuine care. I never once felt rushed or overlooked, even with the store being full and bustling. That kind of service is rare, especially during the holidays. It speaks volumes about their character and commitment to customer satisfaction, regardless of the size of the purchase. I truly appreciate the way they handled my visit and made the experience so positive. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Kravit Jewelers to anyone looking for a jeweler who values every customer.

Later in the process, we met Idayne, who was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She took the time to speak with us, made us feel valued as customers, and ultimately played the key role in helping me secure a beautiful Azure Blue Rolex Datejust.
