I had an incredible experience at the Hugo Boss in Niagara Falls (US location). My fiancé and I came in to find suits for our upcoming wedding, and Andrea and Antoinette were absolutely phenomenal.
Buying wedding attire can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel important and special. We never felt rushed—in fact, we were in the store for about three hours, and they remained incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful the entire time. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident in our choices. They are a huge asset to this store and both deserve a raise for the level of service they provide!
I also noticed a recent one-star review here, but I’m fairly certain that person has the wrong location. There is another Hugo Boss in Canada, and their comments don't reflect the amazing staff at this Niagara Falls, US store at all. If you are looking for great service and a welcoming environment, this is the place to go.

Hello, I am a manager at a well-known clothing store, and I have enough experience to leave this review. During the last week of December, I went to the store with my husband and we were assisted by Mrs. Kamal. I assume they must earn sales commissions, because this woman seemed more focused on taking customers to the checkout even when she was not the one assisting them. Beyond that, I found it unbelievable how long it takes to find a size or model in the back inventory.
I believe the store manager is aware of this issue, but even without giving it much importance, I heard employees saying that the back inventory is a complete disaster—extremely disorganized—and that many products may still be inside unopened boxes, which is why so much time is wasted searching. Basically, nothing is properly organized.
It would be interesting if a regional manager could conduct an inspection. From my experience, this poor management results in many customers leaving without making a purchase, as was our case. My husband was waiting for a shoe size, and although the sales associate said there were five in the inventory, they were never able to find them.
Very poor management. As for us, we will not return to this outlet store.

🟢 However, all other experiences have been good. The associates are helpful when you ask, will take measurements if needed, but not pushy for sales. There is also almost always a sale going on and pick up shirts for very reasonable prices. Certainly leagues better than Boss outlets in tourist heavy cities.
