  Store was an absolute mess, nothing was sorted at all. Staff was also very unhelpful when I needed help looking for a dress, and told me to look myself instead of helping out. It would have been a lot easier to find what I needed if the store had dresses organized so that all of the same dresses in different sizes were together, or at least dresses were organized by size. Everything was completely mixed in and an absolute nightmare.

  Great shop with lots of clubbing and prom outfits. Nayeli was super amazing and patiently helped me put together a Miami club outfit with a red top and leather skirt.

  I went into Windsor on Monday night, I immediately saw a skirt that I liked and went to try it on. Most of the fitting rooms were occupied and there was one that was not, the curtain was up on the rod but I thought it was so that it wouldn’t drag on the floor or so that you would know it wasn’t in use. I went in and tried it on, called my mom over and we figured I probably needed one size up. I went up to a brunette sales associate and greeted her speaking very politely and asked if they had a 28 in stock. She immediately had a very mean demeanor and asked me if someone had let me into the fitting room. No one did but at many stores you are allowed to just walk into fitting rooms without an employee. There was also no employee standing near the fitting room and no signs saying you must wait or signs saying that specific fitting room was closed. She proceeded to kick me out of the fitting room and told me to wait for one to open, looked me up and down with a disgusted look on her face, and spoke to me with insanely bad attitude. She never even answered my question… I have never been spoken or looked at in such a demeaning way especially by someone who is supposed to help me as the customer. I then had to stand outside the fitting room with a skirt from the store as she didn’t even let me change back into the pants I was wearing. I felt so distraught that I didn’t know what to say or do and I began to start shaking and having tears in my eyes. Me and my mom spoke to her and immediately she started playing innocent and saying she didn’t mean to act like that, the way she acted was 100% intentional and purposely was trying to put me down. She treated me as if I had done something terribly wrong and as if there was something wrong with me and the way I looked. I believe she may have been discriminatory because I am a young adult and am usually told I look younger than my age. Thinking that I couldn’t afford the clothes or was trying to steal just because I look young, the way she acted with my mom was extremely different and kind. I ended up having to put my pants on in the store since she forced me to leave the fitting room. This type of attitude is really unacceptable and she knew she was in the wrong because when we were leaving she ran after my mom to give us 15% off discount cards. She didn’t expect me to stand up for myself and thought she could get away with treating someone like that. I really did like this store and would go often but I no longer want to go back there after the way I was treated. Lost a loyal customer due to having an employee who needs to learn how to treat customers correctly, reading other reviews I am not the only one to have had a bad experience with her. I wasn’t going to say anything about her but I do believe if she had done this to someone else it would have caused damage to their self image/ esteem. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt as maybe she was just having a bad day but after the other reviews I see this is a common occurrence for her. I almost never leave reviews but I left the store completely crying & shaking, very embarrassed, felt belittled and in complete shock by my experience.

  Cute store with cute clothes. Associates are friendly. My only gripe is the poor store layout.
