  I had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Tamaika Pearsau at the Wilson store, and I felt compelled to leave a review because her service truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone who not only does their job well but also makes you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Ms. Pearsau took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the people she helps. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and Ms. Pearsau represents the kind of employee every business should be proud to have. Thank you again for the excellent service.

  Specialty store for Wilson tennis gear and accessories. Well stocked with racquets, balls, and apparel for all skill levels. Staff and customer service were just okay, but the selection made it easy to find what you need for casual play or serious training.

  The worse experience I had. The store told me to pickup my racket at 6pm. When I got there at 6:05 pm. The racket wasn’t ready yet. There starts to apply string when I got there. FYI, I bought the racket a day prior….. Also, the store staff was chatting when I arrived. Called customer service and just said sorry. Do nothing to make up there mistake.

  One star for their terrible customer service. I’m not a typical person who likes to give negative reviews or argue over poor service, but here’s what happened: noticed a small dent on my new racket after picking it up from the store for stringing and stencil, didn’t realize it until I got back home (which a big lesson learned: always check before you leave the store if you ever come here for racket service!). Spoke with a store manager next morning over the phone, and got a new replacement promise after a few emails. Went for the exchange next day, a different store manager insisted on offering only 10% discount and was trying really hard to not get me a new replacement. Had to show the email proof and this is where things went ridiculous, they claimed that “someone else” replied and promised me the exchange not the manager I spoke to. The manager also start finding all kinds of teeny-tiny reasons to reject for an exchange, and informed me that they are the highest in the store, there’s no any other person I can talk to for a better solution. At that point I no longer want to argue and simply wanted to leave, so I settled for the discount. Later they found out it is a online order, the manager told me they can’t do anything about it, and all of sudden claimed they really “want” to give me a new racket but they can’t, which felt disingenuous. There are much more details I could share, but I think this is enough to give you a sense of their awful service. They are full of liars, watch out!
