Incredibly warm, ridiculously easy to talk to, and super friendly. The whole team cares about making the experience feel special. I walked out with my Rolex and a huge smile. It's the type of service that keeps you coming back. William Barthman is now my only spot for Rolex purchases going forward. Can't recommend them enough.

I was lucky enough to meet the store director, Caitlin, on my first visit while looking for a Rolex to celebrate my wedding and 30th birthday. I was able to browse and try on several models, and when I expressed interest in a specific watch in a smaller size, Caitlin didn't hesitate to help. She gave me her contact info, and we stayed in touch regularly via text. I was able to place a deposit shortly after, and just a few weeks later, Caitlin let me know my watch was ready for pickup! I cannot say enough good things about William Barthman and Caitlin. They truly care about timepieces, listen to their clients, and provide exceptional customer service. The level of service I received was phenomenal from start to finish. The biggest differentiator for me is the Boutique Manager Caitlin - she is by far the most professional luxury brand professional you'll meet. Beyond the great customer service, the time from order to delivery was fantastic—much swifter than I anticipated for such a couple of highly sought-after watches. It is rare to find a jeweler who sets realistic expectations and then over-delivers. A truly seamless and highly recommended experience!
