  I have been a client of Rolando at WOS Hudson Yards since 2019 and he has always be so helpful and attentive. His knowledge of the watches at WOS is top-notch and I really enjoy learning from him.

  I purchased a Longines watch from Watches of Switzerland at Hudson Yards in January 2026. I returned to the store 1/23/2026 because the watch was not keeping time. They kept it for 24 hours to confirm problem. They called to tell me the watch had been sent back to Swatch, (the company that owns Longines) for repair. I have called Watches of Switzerland a number of time since, in two week intervals, to be told they have no information about the watch, status of the repair, etc. I've spoken to the sales associate, who does take my calls and pushes it up to manager/assistant managers, who do not call back with updates or any indication they are working to facilitate getting my watch back. I have insurance so i am ready to file a claim. I feel like I have been scammed. Next time i will shop at the retail store of the brands of watches I wish to purchase.

  5 stars all around. I recently lost a watch while traveling and stopped by WOS to talk to someone about replacing it. For all the obvious reasons, we know you cannot walk in for a rolex and out with one. Rolando greeted me at the door, assisted with my request and made some solid suggestions on various brands and models I could pick up in the meantime to hold me over while I wait. I had ZERO plans of purchasing a Tudor this visit, but once I tried this watch on. I was sold. Rolando got me sized up and checked out. Thank you for your time, honesty and respect.

  Came in with a specific model in mind for my wife's birthday gift. Their Rolex advisor John took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, asked the right questions about her style and how she'd wear it and confirmed I was making the right call. He also walked me through the registry of interest process for future pieces I had my eye on. Explained how it works, what to expect and set realistic timelines. Just honest guidance the whole way through. This is exactly the experience I was hoping for buying my first Rolex and advisors like John are the reason I'll be coming back.

This was our first Rolex purchase, and despite a short wait to enter the showroom, it was well worth every minute. We had the pleasure of working with Mandy, and she was incredible. We connected with her instantly; she was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel personal and special rather than just a transaction. She truly understood the significance of our anniversary and helped make the day unforgettable. I can confidently say that I’ll be returning to Mandy for all my future timepiece purchases.
