  I had a fantastic experience at the Watches of Switzerland boutique on Greene Street. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making the experience special. Richard was exceptional to work with—knowledgeable and patient. He explained the details clearly (I am new to watches). The entire experience was seamless and memorable. Highly recommend this boutique, and especially Richard, if you’re looking for a thoughtful and elevated watch-buying experience.

  Chris Bang was flawless in the sale and delivery of my new Rolex Submariner. Chris work with my schedule completely and was ready to go as soon as walked in. Paperwork and sizing was all done to my full unrushed satisfaction. Chris took all the time with me that I needed. Second watch Chris Bang sold me in four months. He tracked down the watch and brought out different bracelets and configurations so we could truly visualize it from every angle.
