The atmosphere was refined yet incredibly warm, and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish. A lovely young woman approached my husband and me almost immediately, graciously asking how she could assist us. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to accommodate our family. What stood out most was the exceptional care she took in locating the Sweet Alhambra earstuds in the rose gold and cornelian color for me — she was proactive, patient, and determined to make it happen. Her dedication and follow-through made the experience feel thoughtful and personal rather than transactional. It’s rare to find such a beautiful balance of luxury and sincerity. We left not only admiring the exquisite pieces, but also deeply appreciating the outstanding service. A truly wonderful experience.

We ended up at the store on the upper east and they were much more accommodating and put us on the list for the item we wanted. Staff needs to be trained in etiquette which seems like a basic requirement in this line of work.
