  I went to this store today, the guard at the door looks around and says “wait on line while I find someone to help you” I said fine but couldn’t help but notice nobody was in the store shopping at the time. I saw associates by the register just talking and then I did see 1 customer. I waited a total of 20mins and never got in. I walked off the line of 1…me and left. I knew exactly what I wanted but now will never go back to this location and will really think twice about ever shopping with the brand. I work in luxury retail very close to this location and would never allow a client to wait that long and not so much has check-up on them or give them an update has to why it’s taking so long. Total disappointment and a waste of my time

  Very rude doorman. I will never enter, nor buy a Valentino merchandise again! We will return a few. Valentino bags that my sister, and I purchased at a store before! We don't need any valentino items! After the rudeness from.the doorman, we went to Versace, and Marc Jacobs, both bags from both, came back around, and flaunted bags, and receipts , at rude Valentino doorman. We Also told him that we could hire him to open, and hold our doors, because the amount we just spent could be his monthly pay! STUPID!!!!
