  My partner and I came to this location to pickup some fragrances and check out their clothing and we were very disappointed by the lack of customer service. Not one employee greeted us, no one offered us refreshment they had out for the public, and no one approached us at all in the 10-15 minutes we were there. As we left, the manager just gave us a polite smile and said nothing. As we left we watched the same manager warmly greet the non-black guests. If you are of color, don’t bother coming to this location. Spend your money anywhere else.

  I worked with Todd Snyder UES to order a MTM suit for my wedding and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Nikko walked us through all of the style and fabric options and Fadi did exceptional work with measurements and alterations. The suit came in earlier than expected and we were able to complete the final touches quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend working with Todd Snyder UES, especially Fadi and Nikko!

  After much research for quality and price I was determined to give TS UES a try for made to measure suits. Nikko was the consummate professional. Smart, knowledgeable, and stylish himself, Nikko helped me select fabrics that pushed beyond the ordinary. He guided me each step of that way in this first and excellent experience. Fadi, the non-site TS tailor, was discerning and attentive to each measurement. We had a broad window for delivery, but when an event arose unexpectedly Nikko and Fadi made certain I could have the garments in time. Fadi ddressed every fit and fabric concern with great care. Fadi is a superb craftsman, and each element of the suit, shirts, and accessories landed perfectly. My suit fits beautifully—feels like I've worn it forever! Can't thank them enough!
