My partner and I (we're both minorities, which I think is relevant here) walked in and made eye contact with the tall, bearded employee with glasses. He didn't greet either of us, didn't offer either of us any help, and silently followed us throughout the store. I found myself a fitting room, because he didn't offer to start one or show me where they were. When I stepped out, all I got a dismissive "didn't work out, huh?" as if he couldn't wait for us to leave - a different size would've been great! In other areas of the store the staff was super polite and helpful, but this one employee really left a bad taste in our mouths.

The store is beautiful, and browsing while looking out at the iconic Rockefeller flags waving is a vibe in itself. The layout makes shopping easy, and we have to shout out Victus, the store’s manager, who welcomed us warmly and even offered us water. Josh was incredibly attentive while we tried on shoes and jeans, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for top-tier menswear with a great atmosphere, this location is a must-visit!
