  La The LEGO® Store Flatiron District ofrece una experiencia muy completa dentro del universo LEGO, combinando exposición, juego e interacción en un espacio bien diseñado y accesible. Su ubicación, junto al emblemático Flatiron Building, la convierte además en una parada muy conveniente dentro de un recorrido por la zona. El interior destaca por sus construcciones a gran escala, muchas de ellas inspiradas en Nueva York, que aportan un fuerte componente visual y sirven como punto de referencia dentro de la tienda. La distribución está pensada para facilitar el recorrido, con áreas diferenciadas donde explorar distintas colecciones, desde líneas clásicas hasta lanzamientos más recientes. Uno de los aspectos más atractivos es la presencia de zonas interactivas, donde se puede construir libremente o personalizar figuras, lo que añade un valor experiencial claro, especialmente para público infantil. También cuenta con el espacio “Pick a Brick”, que permite seleccionar piezas sueltas, así como secciones con sets exclusivos y ediciones especiales. A pesar de ser una tienda concurrida, el flujo de visitantes está bien gestionado y permite moverse con relativa comodidad. El personal es atento y contribuye a mantener un ambiente ordenado y agradable sin interferir en la experiencia.   It was cool to come here and build my own mini figure. And the staff were nice. The guy who was in charge of design your own mini figure commented on the disparity between the rich hair on my mini figure and my own balding head. His exact words were “Oh look, you got the hair and everything” Although I appreciate that I took longer to design my mini figure and he was kind to wait without pushing me too much. This felt unnecessary and overly personal. Good thing lego has better deals on amazon than the in-store pricing. The design own mini figure is also reasonably priced at 13-14 dollars. Reasonably priced for Lego that is.

  I visited this store last week while visiting NYC. I wandered in as my hotel was near. I was greeted by several employees but Valentina engaged with me and helped me beyond my expectations! She stood with me and helped me process the Mosaic Lego product as I looked for gifts for my grandchildren. I left and came back the following morning because I couldn’t figure out the online process. She greeted me again and helped me complete the order with nothing but smiles and laughter! She and Lauren truly went above and beyond on that Friday morning to help this Texas Grandma get gifts before my flight that afternoon. 100% would return to the store because of the way the employees helped me!
