  the people here are so sweet. i had such a positive experience here i was raving about it for 2 days. i forgot my salesperson’s name, i wish i didn’t so i could rave about him here. everyone was so nice though! and asked me questions about what i was planning to wear them for, i felt like i was shopping with a friend. i ended up getting the cutest pair of sunglasses. completely elevated my look! so happy! thank you sunglass hut for making my first experience here amazing!

  I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut this weekend. Ryan was very helpful without being pushy while I browsed. He gave great suggestions and helped me choose between two pairs. He also told me about a buy one get one 40% off deal, so I was able to get both. One pair wasn’t in stores, but Ryan went out of his way to check in the back and found it for me.

  I made an appointment to test the Ray-Ban Meta Display. My appointment was confirmed, but when I arrived, I was told they were having a private event and couldn’t see me. One of the staff even said it was “horrible service” when I asked why they allowed appointments if they knew about the event.

  Had a great experience getting my new pair of glasses thanks to Amaya and Stephanie. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. They took the time to help me try different styles, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the perfect pair that fits and looks great. Their friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Really appreciate the excellent customer service—highly recommend asking for Amaya or Stephanie if you visit!

  Stephanie was amazing , my boyfriend and I were visiting New York from Houston Texas my brother wanted some sunglasses and she was just 10/10 5 stars she took the time to ask me what kind of style of sunglasses he likes and gave suggestions then finally when he picked some out they didn’t have them in store so she got them shipped to my house. Her attitude was so upbeat and welcoming she made it a joy shopping at this location. The glasses were delivered today and my brother LOVES them. Thanks Stephanie
