  Dear Mr. Steve Madden, These sandals / flip flops are the worst sandals I have ever purchased. Every time I lift my foot, it feels like I’m lifting a brick. Beautiful Sandals but Very Uncomfortable. And I Love Steve Madden shoes! #angeladezigns

  I have shopped at this location a few times and have always been met with rude pushy associates. They are constantly trying to upsell which I understand is their job but after the first time when I respectfully decline don’t push it. Today I tried to do a return, they were insisting that I do an exchange. I said I would look around after and they would not leave me be. After bringing me to the register telling me someone would help the woman tells me she is not a cashier, fine I wait. Then I see someone get rung up next to me. They send a second person and I mention that I am waiting they rudely tell me there is only one cashier. If they mean only one to process returns make that clear because all I see is them prioritizing purchases over my return.

  my sister and i stepped into this location and the staff were incredibly helpful!!! this location carried several types of shoes and the staff helped us select specific styles we liked. Especially Alexa working there is the sweetest, made us comfortable and her outfit absolutely slayed!! Thank you so much for helping us! as well as the rest of the staff, super attentive and went above and beyond!

  Walked in, briefly checked our phones, and were immediately confronted by the concierge asking, “Are you guys shopping here?” in a rude, accusatory tone. Moments later, we were told to leave. The attitude was hostile and unprofessional. Terrible customer service and an extremely unwelcoming experience. Won’t be back.
