She gave me her contact information, but somehow it didn't save to my phone, so I am sorry I can't leave her name. I ended up staying longer to browse, and I ended up with loafers, and would come back to shop this gorgeous chic location again. They had every loafer in stock which have been hard to find and I had just about given up on finding a pair. I saw another SA helping a lady with a bag, and she also seemed very friendly. Long story short, if you're looking for something YSL, this is a great spot to go in New York.

We had every intentions in buying a purse at LV but after being snubbed, we decided to check out the other stores & come back. Charles was so down to earth, approachable, and funny we decided to buy our purses at the YSL with him instead. We love our purses and we’re definitely coming back because of Charles and of course the champagne. Lol.
