- BBBarbaraMar 30, 20261.0A truly terrible customer experience today, Monday at 2 PM. The sales associate was absolutely unprofessional and unpleasant. She offered no advice whatsoever. I even had to ask for my receipt before leaving—zero service. I have never witnessed anything like this at Yves Saint Laurent. You need to be more selective with your sales associates. Clearly, this young woman Is terribly bored and has absolutely no customer service skills.
