Spoke to Infinity, who is the most condescending rude person i've ever spoken to dealing with luxury products.
Was told my watch needed crystal repair for $155, only to be told once they had it hostage that i also needed a full service for another $800. Other estimates i got did not include the need for a full service.
They very quickly discounted it and effectively admitted to price gouging me. Now they're holding it 3-4 weeks past the estimated return date and offer no access to managers.
Will never use this shop again. a rip off and predatory against customers
UPDATE: I just spoke to Ashley Lawson in management. She offered me nothing, naturally said that they cannot provide any proof or pictures that the movement in my watch was damaged as they said it was, and threatened to stop service in the middle of my watch already being taken apart.

My watch fit was too loose, so I came in for an adjustment. Shawn provided professional and attentive service, and the front desk staff were equally courteous and welcoming. I’m extremely satisfied with the overall experience
Wonderful service! Super quick and helpful. I would 1000% recommend. Do not go to any unauthorized dealers.
Great value for the service
Over the past 40 years, I have always brought / sent my Rolex watches to the NYC Service Center for maintenance. I have had a gold Day Date, a couple of Submariners and a several Datejust models serviced there, and I have always been enormously satisfied. The watches come back working perfectly and looking brand new. The cost is high but seems reasonable for the nature of the work performed - in line with the cost to service other high-end timepieces. The customer experience with the Rolex staff has been unfailingly exemplary. I would always use them over an AD.
