- BCB CFeb 2, 20261.0I bought a very basic Gold Sandal that was pretty. The heel broke off in the second wear. When I called the NY store to ask if they would repair the shoe for me or send me a contact that would do it, The manager told me I was pretty much on my own. So I asked my shoe repair professional who is excellent and he rebuilt the shoe with the existing material. He warned me the heel was not designed right and I would have the same issue with breakage. The sandal broke a second time. I have this sandal that I bought 6 years ago, wore it three times and I can't find any product to replace the broken heel. The store pretty much told me to take a hike and took no responsibility for their product. Terrible quality sandal and customer care was non existent. I will never buy this brand again.
