I ordered brand new glasses and when I went to pick them up 3/30/26, there lens were dirty with fingerprints and smudge and the box was rather beat up. I asked the store associate about the dirty lens and he said they get shipped like that and the fingerprints must have been from the factor workers. I inquired about getting a new set of glasses and was denied. After looking more into it later, realized the lens are supposed to come with a Ray-Ban sticker on it to confirm a new set of glasses, these did not. After spending >$200 on brand new glasses to be given dirty used glasses very inappropriate, Last time I buy anything from Ray-Ban.
