  We had a disappointing experience today. While briefly taking photos on the staircase level, some customers paused as they noticed us, though we were not aware they were waiting. The moment we realized, we immediately apologized and stepped aside. The customers responded very kindly, smiling and reassuring us that it was not an issue at all. However, the employee accompanying them addressed us in a sharp and dismissive tone, stating, “My customers don’t have to wait for you,” before walking away. Given that we had already acknowledged the situation and moved aside—and that the customers themselves were understanding—this response felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I have always associated Ralph Lauren with a high standard of courtesy and refinement, which made this interaction particularly surprising.

  My husband, daughter, and I visited on a whim while visiting NYC. It was 100 degrees outside and admittedly we needed some air conditioning. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They treated us like millionaires even though we were hot, embarrassingly sweaty, and clearly are not able to afford these gorgeous items. A lovely woman gave us water and chatted with my daughter at length. Nobody rushed us or doubted we belonged there. This is a beautiful store with lovely people tending to its customers.

  The worst employee to customer contact and protocol. 1- they never answer their flagship phone. 2- nobody wants to work at the store 3 - they are severely preoccupied with other personal things such as texting and talking on their phone. WHAT IS GOING Ralph Lauren’s HR ?!?!? Train your people, better yet fire the entire lot and start a new group.

  Went to the store hoping to find something for a gala. Went to the second floor to find a purple label dress but no one came to help me in the 15 minutes I spent looking around. Employees were watching videos or texting and not paying attention. Employee got aggressive with me when asking for help so I just left to let them get back to their phones.

  An employee there named Kennie was really helpful to me. He attended to me well and got me everything I needed. Thank you!
