    I live in Houston. My wife uses Ralph Lauren product. I wanted to buy her a gift fragrance but store shown for Houston near me says they do NOT SELL RL PRODUCT -- I tried all phone numbers for stores in NYC but they do not answer at any stores. Glad to know they must be bankrupt no phones. Today is Monday March 23 2026

    Shopping this store was a highlight of our NYC trip. First class in every way. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and took the time to tell our daughter, who is Fashion Student, all about the rich culture of the store. We bought timeless pieces which will be staples in our wardrobe and enjoyed exploring the highly curated store.

    这家店全纽约最差哈，里面一个黑人白头发戴眼镜老头毫无服务态度可言，感觉和你多说一句话都是恩赐了，卖个紫标给你拽完了。还有另一个个子很高的白头发戴眼镜的男经理，找他反应老头态度问题，听完之后问：那你想怎么样呢？你问你🐎呢？我是经理你是经理？这是一个经理应该说的吗？总之拽完了，不如soho那家。可惜soho货不全，不然谁来这家？还不如去百货，人家没服务但也不会添堵。
