- NNNatalieApr 3, 20265.0I’ve loved Rag & Bone for a long time, so getting to visit one of their original stores while on vacation in SoHo was a total highlight. It was my first time at this location, and the atmosphere was incredible. They have an awesome selection with so many amazing items that you won't find just anywhere. What really topped off the experience was the friendly, helpful, and wonderful staff—they made us feel right at home and helped me find some perfect pieces to remember the trip by.

I asked for a specific size in one style and was brought a bigger size. The size I wanted was out so I retrieved it myself and it fitted perfectly. When I went to pay, I enquired about the 15% discount I had been offered online. The assistant informed me begrudgingly that they would honour in store. I would not advise anyone to shop in this store. I have never had such poor service in a premium brand shop
